DEPARTMENTAL PORTFOLIO
Malaysian Law Student Network will not achieve the milestones we see today without effective cross-departmental communication in place. The functions and initiatives of MLSN are structured into 1 office and 4 departments, with 7 individual sub-departments in total. Each department focuses on key roles and responsibilities that forms the foundation of this organisation. The core functions of them are outlined as below.
The Presidential Office
This office focus on the overall management and direction of MLSN.
Consists of the following personnels:

Treasurer
Both the President and Vice President are to oversee all departments on a macro-level.
Both internal and external secretaries are to record all meeting minutes and liaising with external parties respectively.
Treasurer is to allocate and oversee all financial transactions within MLSN.
Legal Space Department
This department is in charge of organizing various events with the aim of liaising students and practitioners alike. Consists of the following sub-departments:

To conduct webinars on a monthly basis that are beneficial to law students.
The Department of Networking and Social Connections

To strengthen connections among law students and to facilitate exchanges of intriguing ideas.
Academic Hub Department
This department seeks to curate contents such as current affairs along with providing knowledge from a different perspective. Consists of the following sub-departments:

To inform the public regarding the development of relevant current affairs and increases the commercial awareness of law students as to the legal industry.
Flagships Department
This department seeks to host our annual flagship events specifically for budding and aspiring law students. Consists of the following sub-departments:

A platform for students to be exposed to pro bono work while indulging in the internship workstyle.
The Department of New Flagship

Pioneering a new flagship event to expose law students to a different immersive experience.
Marketing Department

This department is the backbone of all designing materials produced within the organisation.

To oversee the management and marketing aspect of MLSN's social media pages and other online presence, including MLSN's official website.

To co-produce all of MLSN's promotional materials (posters, videos, etc)

To work closely with all relevant departments in finalising all promotional materials for MLSN's initiatives.
